With a dedicated focus on both cinematic projects and advertising endeavors, Minimal Collective offers a comprehensive suite of production services, elevating concepts from inception to fruition with meticulous attention to detail. Despite our modest size, our impact resonates profoundly, driven by the collaborative efforts of our two dynamic producers who infuse each project with ingenuity and flair. WHO WE ARE

 

IVANA SHEKUTKOSKA

CEO, PRODUCER

Ivana Shekutkoska, a native of Skopje, North Macedonia, was born in 1986. Her academic journey led her through the corridors of Economics before she pursued her passion, attaining a Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, and PR from The International Faculty of The University of Sheffield – City College.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and artistic growth, Ivana actively participated in a myriad of workshops, including MAIA, Festival de Cannes’ Short Film Corner, Coco Connecting Cottbus, MIDPOINT Institute, Erich Pommer Institute’s emerging producers workshops, FEST Forward Belgrade, and the American Film Market.

Her foray into the world of film production commenced in 2015, marking the inception of her illustrious career. Currently residing and operating within the cultural milieu of Skopje, North Macedonia, Ivana leads the charge at Minimal Collective, a film production company she founded in February 2019.

Ivana’s creative endeavors span across various genres, from shorts to fiction and documentaries. Her portfolio boasts the production of four short films: “Are You a Man” by Gjorce Stavreski, “The Ordinary Eli” and “An Attempt for a Happy Story” by Lavinija Sofronievska, and “Iron Story” by Zlatko Kalenikov. Presently, she is immersed in the post-production of the featured film “DJ Ahmet” and spearheading the production of the documentary “Fatherland: The Monument of Freedom” by Elena Chemerska. Additionally, she serves as the producer of the feature film “Swaps” by Gjorce Stavreski.

Ivana’s debut co-production, the documentary “The Soil and the Wings” by Stefan Malesevic, conceived at IDFA Project Space, highlights her collaborative spirit. She also holds co-production credits for the short film “Summer” by Nevena Desivojevikj and the animation “Adventure of the Caricature” by Vera Vlajic.

Continuing to expand her creative horizons, Ivana is currently in the developmental phase of the short film “Certificate of Life” by Sandra Gjorgieva, crafted under the penmanship of Jakov Poposki.
